• Dr Porras does not replace your primary care provider.

How does telemedicine work?

Make an appointment with Dr. Porras and you can discuss if you already have a treatment for Functional Medicine or Conventional Medicine. Your consultations, medical history, clinical exams will be analysed and personalized treatment options will be offered.

How about my privacy?

No confidential information is requested and your inquiry is not saved for future reference. In the appointments with Dr. Porras only he will be present, they are remote, private and confidential. You can choose to include family members or guests in your session.

Initial consultation

Initial consultation: a detailed study of your medical history is performed. In case new studies are required, they will be sent to be reviewed in subsequent appointments.

Duration of the initial consultation of 60-90 minutes.

Follow Up consultation

Case review: in this consultation the changes from the initial consultation are evaluated, laboratory and treatments are analysed, if they were sent.

Duration of the second consultation 30-45 minutes.
